With our normal state of mind, we are not happy all the time. In this free talk,
we will discover how to expand our mind and use it to create a free and beautiful life.
We will focus on understanding the meaning of happiness and how to create it here
and now in our lives in the city, regardless of external circumstances. For thousands of years,
Buddhist meditation has successfully helped countless people solve their daily problems
and find inner peace.
