On Tuesday, March 12, the Evening Membership Division of the Haddonfield Fortnightly will be hosting Amy Lackpour, who will discuss the commitment of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America.

Moms Demand Action is a grassroots, non-partisan movement of Americans fighting for public safety measures that can protect people from gun violence and keep our families safe. In response to the devastating shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School, Mom Demand Action for Gun Sense quickly flourished into a leading force for gun violence prevention, with a chapter in every state. Our volunteers work with survivors, mayors, law enforcement officers, faith leaders, educators, gun owners, doctors and communities across the country to prevent gun violence. Moms Demand Action supports the 2nd Amendment but believes there are reasonable, common-sense policies that can help decrease the escalating epidemic of gun violence that kills 100 Americans and injures hundreds more every day. Learn how Moms Demand Action educates, motivates and mobilizes supporters to take action that will result in stronger laws and policies to save lives.
