The class will provide simple and effective breathing and meditation exercises to apply in your daily life to release mental, emotional, and physical tension.
We will begin with various breathing methods that promote relaxation, reduce stress, and increase energy. The class will end with a guided meditation to increase your internal awareness and ability to become fully present.
The Meditation class will start as a 6 week series. You can buy a 6 pack of classes for $60, or a 4 pack of classes for $40. There is a $15 Drop in option as well.
The class will take place Sunday mornings at 10:00AM-11:00AM
