The class will provide simple and effective breathing and meditation exercises to apply in your daily life to release mental, emotional, and physical tension.
We will begin with a short yoga stretch, and move into various breathing methods that promote relaxation, reduce stress, and increase energy.
The class will end with a guided meditation to increase your internal awareness and ability to become fully present.
The Meditation class will start as a 6 week series.
You can buy a 6 pack of classes for $60, or a 4 pack of classes for $40. There is a $10 drop in option as well.
The class will take place Sunday mornings at 10:00AM-11:00AM
