“Mosquitoes”, a Homeowners’ “Back to Basics” Series Talk will be presented by Rutgers Master Gardeners of Camden County. The importance of preventing mosquitoes from becoming a nuisance in your yard along with viruses that are associated with the insect will be covered. A representative from the Mosquitoes Commission will be the speaker.
This talk will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at the Camden County Parks Environmental Center, 1301 Park Blvd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 Sign-in at 6:30 pm, talk starts promptly at 7:00 pm. Pre-registration is strongly suggested to ensure a seat. Fee is $10 per household. Send checks payable to Master Gardeners of Camden County. Attention: Becki Szkotak. You can bring samples of diseased plants or unknown insects from your garden to our helpline table before and after the talk to get identification and treatment plans.
