The Vault at Victor Records

NEW JERSEYR(ev)IVAL Addiction is South Jersey’s only concert providing a stage for powerful local artists to perform and a platform for discussion about what the community can do to help end the overdose epidemic. The event will take place on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 1-6pm at The Vault, located at 150 S. White Horse Pike in Berlin, NJ.

This annual addiction awareness benefit concert promotes health, wellness, and community. “We all want to lead happy and healthy lives, but the number of overdose-related deaths has risen drastically and ravaged our families,” said co-producer Daria Tavana. “We must have a place where we can come together as a community and urge our healthcare providers and elected officials to explore positive, impactful policies and take action by increasing recovery and support.”

Comedian Chris Williams will host and the musical lineup features free performances by Camille Peruto, Rich Quick, John Dutton and Aaron Hehl, American Dinosaur, Honeytiger, Eric Goldhahn, and Anthony Parisi and The Sidecars. Artwork by artists from New Jersey’s Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center, Paprika Letterpress and Taylor Hughes will be up for auction, and mouthwatering bites from Mary’s Mobile Diner will also be available. Addiction treatment centers will also share overdose prevention kits and educational information regarding addiction treatment as other individuals speak up about their personal experiences with addiction.

R(ev)IVAL Addiction was created as part of International Overdose Awareness Day, a global event that aims to reduce the stigma of drug-related death. Proceeds from ticket, food, and silent auction sales will go toward substance abuse services at City of Angels NJ in Trenton and The Overdose Prevention Agency Corporation in Hamilton. This concert is supported by The FAF Coalition of Woodbury, NJ and the State of New Jersey Department of Human Services.

Sponsorship opportunities are available by contacting Daria Tavana at 856-287-2245 or emailing revivaladdiction@gmail.com. Doors open at 12:30pm on Saturday, January 27th.
