Failure to Advance Bancroft Redevelopment Could Leave Haddonfield Exposed to Builder’s Remedy Lawsuits

Commissioners were split on the vote to remove the conditional tag from redeveloper Woodmont Properties before the due diligence period expired. Now attorneys from Fair Share Housing could move to revoke Haddonfield’s immunity from an affordable housing lawsuit.
