Upcycle Rebrands as Fitness and Social Club for Year 10

In the past decade, Kim Goodman’s Collingswood spin studio has expanded to offer a variety of fitness classes in the historic Grant Building. For the next 10 years, she wants to build on the relationships that clients have formed there with space for social gatherings.
