NJOAG Charges 11 in Car Theft Ring Stretching ‘from North Jersey to West Africa’

The state alleges that thieves targeted luxury vehicles, and fenced them in New York City to ship to buyers in West Africa. The case involved 43 vehicles valued at $3.6 million.
