UPDATE: NJ PEN Preliminary Municipal Election Results: Collingswood, Haddonfield, Audubon

In an election marked by low voter turnout, Collingswood voters returned longtime Mayor Jim Maley to office on a split ticket, while two Haddonfield incumbents were re-elected with a third candidate race too close to call.
