11 Plaintiffs Allege Abuses Suffered as Children at Camden County Youth Detention Center 

Complaints filed today in Camden County Superior Court allege that a lack of oversight at the Lakeland complex in Blackwood created an environment for chronic psychological, sexual, and physical abuse by staff into whose care the children were entrusted.
