Haddonfield Advances Anti-Homelessness Ordinance Over Objections of Packed Forum

By a 2-1 measure, the borough municipal government introduced an amendment to its ‘Peace and Good Order’ code that will allow authorities to jail and fine people who linger too long in public spaces, use insulting or indecent language, or block sidewalks with their property.
