Accused Killer of Shamrock Deli Owner Heads Closer to Trial

Twenty-five-year-old Dyheam Williams has been in state custody for the past six years while attorneys argue his competency to stand trial. Williams is charged with killing Shamrock Deli owner Jerry Pastore after an altercation outside of the business. The case is headed for its final discretionary conference in April.
