Camden City Council Unanimously Votes Down EMR Settlement — Now What?
Both parties remain locked in a legal battle over the future of the scrap metal processor, which has stymied efforts to rein in the environmental impact of its operations in the Waterfront South neighborhood. The business, which has been shut down since the city pulled its operating license last month, is suing Camden for the right to reopen.
