Breaking Down the Norcross Opinion, Political Fallout for NJ Attorney General

Last week, Judge Peter Warshaw dismissed all charges against George Norcross and his five codefendants. New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin said in a statement that the state will appeal the decision “immediately," and then NJ Assembly Republicans introduced articles of impeachment against him.
