A Cherry Hill man has been charged with possession of child pornography, according to a statement from the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office (CCPO).

Andre Graves, 51, was arrested Thursday, and was released without incident, pending a hearing date.

Acting on a tip from the New Jersey State Probation Office, authorities searched Graves’ Chapel Avenue home, where they allegedly uncovered digital devices that led to his arrest.

The investigation is ongoing.

All persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. An arrest is not a conviction.
