Judge Rules EMR Can Reopen with Safety Fixes, but Leaves Room for City to Suspend Its License

The ruling overturns the decision by Camden City Council to suspend operations at the scrap metal processor, but makes its reopening contingent upon a number of operating changes. Plus, Gov.
