NJ Offers Driver License Mods for People with Autism, Communication Issues

The Motor Vehicle Commission will roll out its ‘Pink Card' program for New Jersey residents with communications challenges, including autism spectrum disorder. Participants may self-disclose their conditions at the time they apply for or renew their ID cards.
