Collingswood Schools Prepares $4.56M Operations Referendum for November Ballot
Superintendent of Schools Fred McDowell says the financial ask is necessary to maintain continuity of services in the district, which estimates a nearly $4-million gap in its 2027-28 budget without the additional revenues.
