A 31-year-old Pennsauken man is charged with first-degree aggravated manslaughter after allegedly choking another 31-year-old Pennsauken man to death.

According to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office (CCPO), Pennsauken Police were dispatched to the 4600 block of High Street around 11:31 p.m. on December 24, where they found the body of a man later identified as 31-year-old Bradley Niesen of Pennsauken.

After investigation, authorities arrested Tyler Roderick, 31, also of Pennsauken, and charged him with first-degree aggravated manslaughter. Roderick was remanded to the Camden County jail.

All people charged with crimes are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. An arrest is not a conviction.
