Police Investigating Shooting of a Juvenile in Pennsauken

The incident occurred before noon on October 8. A 17-year-old from Marlton has been hospitalized in the attack.

Authorities in Pennsauken are investigating a shooting that put a 17-year-old in the hospital over the weekend.

According to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office (CCPO), the incident occurred just before noon on Saturday, October 8, in the 7500 block of Maple Avenue.

There, Pennsauken Police officers responding to a 9-1-1 call discovered a 17-year-old from Marlton who was suffering from a gunshot wound. First responders transported him to Cooper University Hospital.

The victim remains hospitalized in stable condition.
