Attorneys General Condemn Suspension of SNAP Benefits as ‘Illegal,’ ‘Unconstitutional,’ ‘Deliberate’
The Attorneys General from New Jersey, New York, Minnesota, and California have challenged the withholding of SNAP benefits in court four times since October 28.
