Lullworth Hall Redevelopment Led by Contractor from Group that Quit Project in 2023

Trinity Investment Holdings won the bid in a split vote from Haddonfield commissioners. Its CEO, Michael Rigolizzo, was the “Senior Historical Restoration Expert” with prior redeveloper Haddonfield Development Group (HDG). Trinity’s application for the project is nearly identical to that submitted by HDG, which was dropped by the borough for failing to shore up the property against further deterioration during the remodeling process.
